Searching photos always comes up immediately. Searching for houseboys loads quickly. Viewing messages takes time to load and viewing profile visits takes a long time to load (like do something else and come back to see if it's loaded).

Another scam profile is ElijahFeguson All of his pictures have been taken from a German Models page https://www.pixwox.com/de/profile/fr_ost_y/ He won't do any video or phone and will only use google chats. Took him a day to ask for me to send him money.

He added a fourth - all fake, all immediately want to go to google chat and want to come to you right way - they just need money. Doesn't even put any effort into it. Asks nothing expect when can you send him money.

Here I am, an incredibly qualified well preserved man in my 50s who has been looking for a suitable live in gig in Southern California for YEARS.... And despite the legions of older single gay men in this region, many of which I am certain have large homes that they either do not wish to leave, or faced with modern ironic yet endemic financial infeasibility of leaving, but are overwhelmed with trying to take care of the place themselves, I am still unable to find anyone willing to even interview me! I didn't think of it that way but that's a fair point? I don't have proper stats to make this a fact but here's my theory: 1. Big chunk of the baby boomers are straight and they are looking for women (whether that's sugar arrangement, marriage, gf, maid with benefits, etc) 2. Older gen may be more conservative in nature as being gay was considered taboo for much of their lives in the past and they prefer to be as low profile as possible preferring for short-term and discrete arrangement in nature. 3. Volatile economy and inflation is a bitch. Not all baby boomers managed to lock down a place they own (or managed to secure a low interest mortgage that is almost paid off) and their buying power are declining (perhaps not as bad as the next gens but still). This may make it harder to all-paid accommodation longterm if not lifetime. That's a bit of a commitment you don't take lightly like having a child. 4. Seems like this website isn't very active unfortunately. I imagine many found someone by now or got discouraged from spams/bots and exited the market. 5. I imagine for a lot of older gens who are established, they have been successful because they surround themselves with people who made it in life and avoiding people with liabilities (for drama-free sanity, financial protection, etc). Typically houseboys are looking for an arrangement (not everyone ofc but many I imagine) because they haven't figured out their lives yet and it may give them "pick me up" vibe rather than someone who may compliment them and provide them with solid synergetic relationship. Plus many of these people I imagine have the option to just find someone on a dating market who have their lives figured out rather than going into smaller niche market of houseboys. 6. Seems like a lot of houseboys tend to be entitled or too unstable to have a meaningful arrangement longterm. Not all ofc and bad news spread faster than good news, but they do scare them off I imagine. Food for thought. Rooting for you regardless because I'm on a similar boat welp lol.

A bit of a long shot but life can be an interesting absurdity sometimes for better or for worse, so why not I figure? Currently in Kansas City MO helping out a local business owned by a friend of mine but it's getting harder to scale and I am hoping to find a new fresh change of scenery and have a life a bit more fulfilling and meaningful than just bartering time for a step little closer to future like a pyramid scheme welp lol. Used to have some light few experiences working in IT field (nothing fancy just tier 2 and some tier 3 roles). My eventual dream is to restart a boutique hedge fund I used to run with my parents' capital that helped them retire early. It's a shame they quit while they were ahead and if I had more years at it I would have made enough for me to start on my own but c'est la vie :/ So right now, the goal is to hustle as hard as possible to expand the cleaning business (and hopefully get more leads and increase revenue... scale better) and either have it automated or flip it to move onto higher margin business till I have enough cash flow to be free to set myself up and be able to focus on growing asset and investment firm without worrying about surviving or feel like I am leveraged between a rock and a hard place. I'm quite attracted to to those who is already living a truly free life and bravely or shamelessly embrace who they truly are and live a fulfilling and happy life they can truly claim as their own. Someone who has mad hedonistic chemistry to the point where we can unleash ourselves and have nothing holding us back behind the curtains, but also have the genuine sentimental bond found in closest friends who love and care. In the world where we are often judged for our shortcomings, the relationship I am hoping for will be judged on how much we love instead. Someone with an aspiration/dream and know where you're open-minded but also know what foundation is determined and rigid enough to define who you are. Be able to trust enough to show your vulnerable side (personality, sex, etc) but also know when to bare your fangs when our interest is endangered. Someone who genuinely understands my craving and actually wants me to be around. And vice versa ofc. People like that mean a world to me, and I'd like to go at great length to show that I'm here both good and challenging times. Hope to have dynamics where we can manage the volatility of life and make something meaningful with happy ending. When trust is earned and if potential is shown, I’d be open to taking more roles/errands that require more skills and experience as part of growing as an asset (I haven’t finished college but I had IT/compsci background and I also have high interest in financial/business world and hope to develop a good acumen and potentially building something for myself in the future if opportunity surfaces). - Enjoy cooking and if the standard is very high, totally open to be taking lessons to become more professional. - Cautious driver with relatively clean abstract and should be able to do errands that require a car. Only have driven automatic but open to learn how to drive manual if applicable. I fell for a post by an Employer in Jacksonville, FL wanting to find a new situation for his current House Boy due to a changing family situation. Ultimately the House Boy asked for money to pay for his Grandmother’s funeral. When I wasn’t able to help he ghosted me.

The profile is no longer up but if I see it again I will call attention to it.

I have been a member on Houseboy.com a couple of times as an employer. Recently have been in communication with 3 guys in different areas of the USA. While they expressed a keen desire to come for a visit or more, without my finding anything out about them ... even a full name ... their biggest request is that I send the money to them, so that they can make travel arrangements. BULLSHIT!! IF I were to send the money - they wouldn't ever show! DON'T BE GULLIBLE TO THESE SCAMMERS! A GOOD 65% OF THE PROFILES ON HOUSEBOY.COM ARE FAKE/FRAUDULENT! (I have performed reverse image search on several AND reported the findings without profile removal)

Confirmed - this guy is a scammer. He sent me the same passport pic. It eventually turned into a plea for help to pay a hospital bill and it just kept getting more and more elaborate. His user profile on here is JeffryGles.

As of last night (Sunday night) it was suddenly working again and then this morning...not! I'm surprised the forum still works.

I have found MOST of these guys are after your money. One fast way to check is to do a picture search. Most of the ones I turn up are Russian models. when you look at the pics, look at the clothes he is wearing. if they look too new, start thinking MODEL look at the room he is in or the back ground outside, if it looks like a set for pics, if it looks too perfect, start thinking MODEL one immediate stop go is to have him take a picture of himself holding something with a date, news paper, and or driver license with pic and address. THIS WILL IMMEDIATELY STOP COMMUNICATIONS normally because they can't do it. ALSO put up your guard if they start talking about family passing away, family being really sick or anything out of country. INSTANT RED FLAGS. Some of the scams have pretty good, believable scripts, they will try to drag you along with believeable lifes adventures. again start paying close attention to the pics, what he is wearing, his surroundings. What the little scammer is up to is to get you to fall for him heart and soul, then he got you and he knows you would be willing to take a chance, DONT The rule is DONT send any money. If you think you have the one, have HIM pay for the trip to you. You can reinburse him after arrival if you need to but dont pay for transportation to anywhere. If this is a money scam, they don't care how small the amount is that you send as long as they can get you to send. And trust me when I say they have incredibly believable stories to make you fall in the trap.

I haven't been here for a few days, just logged in and it looks dead to me. The site has been slowly breaking down for awhile and now needs life support stat. Retrieving mail was getting super slow and checking to see who looked at my profile had completely stopped months ago. It is too bad because we need a HB.

Hi. I'm Aaron. I need some advice or suggestions and I thought, "I should ask on the forums here." Among other things in my life right now, I'm looking to start teaching some cardio and fitness classes to make some more money. I also really like health and fitness (and nutrition). I want to help other people learn to be healthier versions of themselves, and I'm very knowledgeable about it. Teaching some fitness classes and eventually also personal training a few people with weightlifting makes complete sense for me. So, to start teaching a few classes, I would like to find a space I can rent as cheaply as possible, for about 3 hours each day and five days each week. I guess I need help with two questions? Where would I even start looking for a place like that, that's also gay friendly? (I would also like to do all, or some, of the classes as clothing optional, if that's possible. I'm a nudist at heart.) Also, where/how should I try to find the people who want to pay for and attend my classes? I'm not currently certified, but that is a next step too. I have many years of personal experience with lifting weights, fitness, and nutrition, so I know enough to start my own classes without those certifications yet. However, I need some guidance. It’s loaded for me plenty of times in the past just fine, not taking long at all and popping up almost immediately But at least a year ago now it stopped working for me. Now it doesn’t show, not even after an hour. It times out after 3 min or something. Just sad - I’m glad I stopped paying for the service every month

Vegasboi is not a scammer. He did live in my home for 10 months. He does lie a lot and he doesn't look like his profile picture anymore. He's probably in his 40s now. That is why you won't get a current picture of him. He is a good house keeper, but he is not good company. He can be controlling and aggressive. So good luck with this guy.
