I would think the easiest way would be for the houseboy to get a school visa and then once here in the USA find an employer.

I am willing to be a houseboy either part time around 20 hours a week cleaning fixing dinner etc. in exchange for room and board, but I would need a part time job for income as well... or I would be willing to be a full time houseboy 40 plus hours a week doing all cleaning and cooking etc. in exchange for room board and allowance.
