Looking for LA Employer

I'm a submissive, masculine, down-to-earth, trustworthy single guy. I consider myself a recreational bodybuilder. I genuinely enjoy working out and eating relatively healthy as well as reading material providing information on how to do so. I even obtained a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I'm always attempting to put on more muscle mass and hope to compete soon. Other hobbies include writing, video games, anime and catching upon whatever's on YouTube. As you may have inferred, I'm pretty much a homebody and introvert. Although I do like to go out or have small home gatherings from time to time, I'm not a big party person.

I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and work in Behavioral Health. However, my goal is to transition into a position more enjoyable, challenging and financially rewarding. Renovating houses and Human Resources interest me so an employer in either of those fields would be ideal. With this being said, I'm also seeking an employer who could also serve as a mentor. Under his mentorship, I'd gradually learn about his field of expertise/profession to add to advance within my own field or expand my career opportunities.

I like a guy who is dominant, masculine, assertive and authoritative. At the same time, he can be kind, down-to earth, affectionate and funny. He must take care of himself, be good with money, be trustworthy and dependable. I want a man I can feel secure with from the protection and guidance he provides. He'd also own a large home, with a beautiful yard and possibly a pool, which I would help maintain. 

An arrangement I'm seeking may involve maintaining a home, helping with a business and/or helping prepare meals. I'm looking for room, board and salary to be provided. I'd be able to hold a job, most likely part-time, in addition to tending to any responsibilities around the house. I'm easy to get along with and although I'm hoping for a friendly relationship with my employer, I'm not necessarily seeking a romantic relationship or to feel like a part of a family. I am best suited for an employer wanting someone to share dinner and outings with, but otherwise assimilate into a quiet home. Being able to have a life outside of the home, as well as time to visit family when necessary, is a requirement for me. And as much as I'd like to say I'd love to travel, I'm terrified of planes so I'd be more comfortable with an employer wanting me to take care of a home while he travels. 

I'm looking to relocate to LA for a position as a live-in houseboy within the next few months. I don't drink nor do drugs. I have a Driver's License and my own transportation. If you need help around the house, especially if you'll also be new to LA, please contact me.
